Game Rules
Thanks for playing on CubeMC Network! Before you start your journey, we'd like you to read through the following guidelines and expectations we have of you while using our services. These rules help us ensure that all players are able to enjoy a positive and fun experience. Failure to adhere to these regulations will result in serious consequences.
1. Respect yourself and others
Do not swear, curse, or hurl abuse at another player. Respect other players and treat others as you would like to be treated. Bullying in any form is not tolerated at CubeMC and offenders will be prosecuted accordingly. Think about others and what they will see in the chat when you post a message. Do not spam, repeatedly use the same word/phrase, or use excessive caps in your messages to attract attention or to annoy others. Respect the fact that there is a chat filter in place for a reason. Swearing is allowed to a certain degree, as long as it is appropriately censored and is not directed to another player.
By abusing this law you may be muted or banned using ban system (read down).
2. Listen to and respect our staff members
Our staff members are here to ensure that everyone is having a great time. When they give you an instruction, we expect that you follow what they say.
Keep in mind that our staff team is comprised of volunteers. They are here to help and to keep the server safe - but they are not your personal servants. They want to enjoy game too. When asking questions or engaging in conversation with them, do so in a polite manner.
3. Advertising/endorsing other servers is not allowed
Advertising or endorsing another Minecraft: Bedrock server is strictly prohibited. Other servers may be mentioned if they are to be used to provide context in a conversation, however any other form of conversation relating to another server will be treated as advertising.
4. Turn off your client modifications
Using client modifications or "cracked clients" that are not officially endorsed by Minecraft are not allowed to be used on CubeMC. Prohibited modifications include ones that give you abilities that are not obtained rightfully - e.g. fly hacking, jump/speed boost, auto clicking, etc. Resource/texture packs that provide cosmetic changes which do not affect gameplay and/or provide advantages are allowed.
Result of not respecting this rule will be ban for 7 days, second attempt will be punished by ban for 30 days. If player will continue abusing this rule, permanent ban will be given.
5. Be thoughtful of your teammates and other players
When playing in a match where you are placed in a team with other players, keep them in mind. Trying to troll, grief or kill them is not acceptable. If you are in a solo match against other players, teaming with other players is not allowed. There is a reason why solo and team matches are separated.
6. Keep your clicks at an acceptable rate
Please respect the players on PE clients while you are in the game. Jitter clicking is allowed, however butterfly clicking (using two fingers for the same button) and drag clicking (dragging your finger along the surface of the button) is not allowed. Hardware or software that enables you to click at an unacceptable rate is also prohibited. Help us keep the game fair for both mobile and desktop players.
7. Report a bug instead of abusing it
Abusing a bug that gives you an advantage in the game is prohibited, even if you have already reported it to our team. If you find such game breaking bugs, you are asked to report the bug and players who are using it on our Discord server - discord/cubedmc
8. Accept the punishment
Attempting to evade your punishment, or providing assistance to another player to evade theirs, is strictly prohibited. There are rules and an appropriate warning system in place and by using/playing on our services, you agree to follow these set guidelines to help ensure that everyone has a positive experience.
By abusing this rule you are permanently banned!
9. Ban System
Depends on damage caused by abusing rules ban duration and type may be different. Usually we use three-times-to-perma system. With every repeated attempt to abuse the rule, ban duration will be increased. On third time the player will be permanently banned.
If not specified in rule, this are ban durations:
- Firts time: ban for 5 days
- Second time: ban for 10 days
- Third time: permanent ban
Eventually player may be warned before first ban.
Conclusion
If you are unsure about what type of activity or behaviour is allowed, we encourage you to contact our support team - on our Discord server - discord/cubedmc. We would rather you ask questions to help clear up any misconceptions you may have than to face potential consequences if you do break one of our regulations.
We reserve the right to make changes to these rules at anytime without prior notice or consultation with the wider community, which may come into effect immediately. We may also exercise the right to ban and refuse service or limit service accessibility to any player/user at our discretion, regardless of whether they have broken the regulations listed above.
Result of repeatively abusing any of the rules will be permanent ban!
